Cooperation Process

After obtaining the customer’s contact information, we immediately sent our factory strength introduction, workshop production photos and finished winch pictures to the customer, showing our production capacity, quality control and product advantages in a real and intuitive way. Based on the customer’s initial requirements, we provided the quotation of single-speed winch for the first time. Soon after, the customer fed back that single-speed electric winch could not meet his construction needs and must use dual-speed winch with specific speed parameters. We quickly adjusted the plan and provided two sets of dual-speed winch solutions with different configurations and prices: one could reach 5-30m/min high speed with higher cost, the other was 6-10m/min speed with higher cost-performance ratio.

During the communication, the customer also put forward special requirements for steel wire rope, needing 2160 KN high-strength special steel wire rope. We confirmed with our production department immediately and informed the customer that we could fully supply this kind of steel wire rope, and adjusted the quotation accordingly to ensure the accuracy of parameters and price.

In order to help the customer choose the most suitable solution, we compared and explained the performance, application scenarios and price differences of the two dual-speed winches in detail. Combined with his actual working conditions, the customer finally decided to choose the 6-10m/min speed dual-speed winch with our professional suggestion. In total, we revised and provided quotations for the customer no less than 3 times, and each quotation was marked with clear parameters and configurations for customer’s comparison.
