10 Ton Bridge Cranes for Sale to Serbia

In early 2025, we received a request of 6 sets of 3 ton, 5 ton, and 10 ton bridge cranes from one Serbian customer. I was appreciated to appointed to be charge of these bridge cranes' project. At that time, we had a bridge crane installation project in Philippines, and I was personally overseeing the installation work on-site.

I immediately connected with the Serbian client via video call, allowing them to see our bridge crane installation site in the Philippines in real time. The video showed the ongoing bridge crane equipment installation, the on-site workers' operations, and the operational status of the installed bridge crane, all clearly presented to the client. The client saw the structure and operation of our bridge crane equipment through the video, as well as the on-site work order, gaining an initial understanding of our capabilities.

We held several online meetings with the client to communicate about their working condition of using these bridge cranes. The client kindly introduced their project in Serbia, including plant dimensions, lifting requirements, and usage frequency. Based on this information, we provided bridge crane technical solutions and configuration suggestions.

After the basic bridge crane plan was finalized, the client indicated they were ready to place an order, but because it was their first time working with us, they still had concerns about the actual service response speed and product quality. Although we had a previous shipping record in Serbia, the client was unfamiliar with the specifics. So, I shared with the client about our existing client’s contact information after I got the cooperation client’s approval. The client proactively contacted our existing client in Serbia, inquiring in detail about the product's operation, delivery timeliness, and after-sales service. The existing client truthfully shared their experience working with us and answered all of the concerns.

In the same evening after the client’s call with the existing client, he messaged, saying that the feedback from our existing client reassured them and they decided to proceed with the collaboration. In the next morning, we received a formal purchase order from the client for these multiple bridge cranes.

After order confirmation, we arranged production and delivery according to plan. The bridge crane equipment has now been delivered to the client's site and is operating normally.
