CD/MD Electric Wire Rope Hoist Difference

CD/MD electric hoist is a kind of wire rope electric hoist, and it is also a common wire rope electric hoist. They are basically similar in construction. The difference between MD type electric hoist and CD type electric hoist is that MD type electric hoist is a two-speed electric hoist.

The normal lifting speed of CD type electric hoist is normal speed, which can meet the general requirements of use. Compared with the normal speed of CD, the MD type electric hoist has a slower speed. When working at a slow speed, it can meet the precision operation requirements of clean and dense loading and unloading, sand box mold clamping, and machine tool maintenance. Therefore, the MD type electric hoist is more widely used than the CD type electric hoist.

MD type electric hoist has two motors, one more hoisting motor than CD type electric hoist. This also contributed to the MD type electric hoist with two lifting speeds.
