1. When the jaw of the electric hoist is worn and the bearing capacity is less than 80% of the rated load, the jaw shall be replaced；

2. When the diameter of the wire rope is reduced by 10%, the wire rope of the electric hoist shall be replaced；

3.  After the steel wire rope is used for a period of time, it must be lubricated. On the one hand, it can prevent the steel wire rope from rusting. On the other hand, during the use of the steel wire rope, there will be sliding friction between the steel wire and the steel wire in the same strand between each strand of the steel wire rope, especially when the steel wire rope is subject to bending force, this friction is more exciting. After the lubrication oil is added, this friction can be reduced.

4. The electric hoist of steel wire rope shall be maintained at least 4 times a year, such as cleaning the parts with diesel oil and lubricating with calcium base grease；

5. When mud, cement or other dirt is poured into the movement core of electric hoist, it can be washed with clean water, cleaned with diesel oil, dried and then coated with calcium grease grease, finally loosened the jaw, wiped the grease and water on the jaw with clean cotton yarn.
