Single Girder Crane
Single girder cranes are common lifting equipments suitable for factories, warehouses, logistics centers and other workshop places. Single-girder cranes have the advantages of simple structure, cost-effectiveness, high space utilization, strong flexibility, and easy operation. They can efficiently complete cargo handling and hoisting tasks, improving production efficiency and work safety.
Characteristics of single girder cranes
1. Simple structure: The structure of single-girder crane is relatively simple, and installation and maintenance are relatively easy.
2. Economical and efficient: The cost of single-girder cranes is relatively low, suitable for small and medium-sized lifting tasks, and has a high cost performance.
3. High space utilization: Since there is only one beam, single-beam cranes can make better use of space and are suitable for small workplaces.
4. Strong flexibility: Single-girder cranes can be customized according to specific needs and can adapt to different lifting tasks and working environments.
5. Easy operation: The operation of single-girder crane is relatively simple, which makes it easy for operators to get started and improves work efficiency.

How to operate a single-beam crane and the causes of shaking during operation?
Single beam cranes are commonly used handling equipment. The operation methods of single beam cranes are divided into two types, namely ground and aerial. There are two types of ground operations: corded handle operation and remote control handle operation. The aerial operation refers to driver's cab operation. The driver's cab has two types: open type and closed type. It also can be divided into two types: left or right installation according to the actual situation. There are two entrance directions: side and end, to meet the user's choice under various needs. However, shaking sometimes occurs while working. In response to the above phenomenon, we have sorted out the following factors:
1. There is a wear gap in the transmission parts. For example, the gears of the gear coupling and the gears of the reducer and their connecting keys are loose, and the gap between the connecting bolts and the holes of the transmission shaft is worn away.
2. The wheel binding key is loose.
3. A certain wheel does not rotate properly. Because the backing plate that fixes the wheel bearing seat is incorrect, the bearing is clamped inflexibly, and the wheel stops first when parking.
4. The braking torques of the brakes on both sides of the separately driven crane are inconsistent. When parking, one brake wheel has stopped while the other one continues to rotate.
5. Due to the twisting of the car body, the wheels on both sides rotate accordingly, causing the transmission components of the car body to be subjected to repeated impacts many times, accelerating the wear of combined parts such as gears and keys (a basic type of component failure). ). Severe twisting also risks breaking the drive shaft (the drive shaft consists of a shaft tube, telescopic sleeve and universal joint).
6. Deform the bridge. Because one side of the bridge leads and the other side lags at the same time, but at the moment of rebound, the leading side lags behind, and the lagging side leads. This oscillation and twisting back and forth causes plastic deformation or cracking at the connection between the bridge and the beam.
How to maintain and protect single girder bridge crane?
1. Frequently check the temperature of the motor housing and bearing parts of the single beam crane, as well as the noise and vibration of the motor to see if there are any abnormalities.
2. When a single girder bridge crane is started frequently, the motor temperature rise will increase rapidly due to the low rotation speed, which causes a decrease in ventilation and cooling capabilities, and the current is large. It should be noted that the motor temperature rise cannot exceed the upper limit stipulated in the instruction manual. value, adjust the brake according to the requirements of the motor operating instructions.
3. When the single girder bridge crane is not used very frequently and the sealing and operating environment are good, the lubricating oil in the reducer of the single-beam crane needs to be replaced every six months. When the single-beam crane is used in a harsh environment, each replacement is required quarterly. When it is found that water has entered the tank or there is foam on the oil surface and it is confirmed that the oil has deteriorated, the oil must be changed immediately. When changing the oil, the oil should be replaced strictly in accordance with the oil products specified in the gearbox operating instructions. Be sure to avoid using the mixing oils.
