Double Girder Gantry Crane Introduction

MG double girder gantry crane is a heavy duty crane for indoor and outdoors places.Double girder gantry crane is usually used to open warehouse or along rail for general material handling and lifting work, such as, freight yard or dock, etc.The power supply method has two forms: cable reel and high-altitude sliding line.

The operation mode adopts closed driver's cab with adjustable seat, insulating mat on the bottom plate, tempered glass for window glass, and can be equipped with air conditioner, alarm, walkie-talkie and other items according to user requirements.

MG type gantry crane is a multi-purpose gantry crane with double girders, which can be matched with lifting hooks, grabs, clamps, electromagnets and other spreader according to the type of materials.

Components of Double Girder Gantry Crane

Double girder gantry crane consists of gantry mounting, lifting trolley, crab, crane travelling mechanism and electrical system. The gantry is divided into a box-shaped structure and a truss structure, and the main beam adopts a double-beam offset type, and the legs are divided into two types according to user requirements: A-shaped and U-shaped, but U-shaped double girder gantry crane is more expensive.
