Double Girder Overhead Crane with Winch Trolley introduction

QD series double girder overhead crane with winch trolley is composed of box girder frame, crane travelling device and trolley with lifting and moving device. The trolley with a track on the main beam moves. The moving table is assembled on the outside of the two main beams, one side is ready to assemble and maintain the crane moving device, the other side is ready to assemble the trolley conductor device. The lifting capacity of the hook is 5~600 tons and the operating level is A5 to A7.

Application of Overhead Crane with Winch Trolley

What are the differences between the QD type and the LH type bridge crane?

QD type double bridge crane and LH type double girder bridge crane are two types of bridge cranes which are widely used in industrial environment. Many customers will be curious about the difference between the two types, why the price of the QD double girder bridge crane is more expensive, and the differences between the two are sorted out as follows:

1. Lifting capacity - The lifting capacity of QD double-girder overhead crane can reach 450 tons, while LH bridge crane usually lifts one ton to dozens of tons, rarely more than 320 tons.

QD overhead cranes are suitable for very heavy lifting applications, while LH overhead cranes are suitable for simpler industrial environments with lower lifting requirements.

2. Hoisting Mechanism - QD double overhead crane adopts winch trolley hoisting mechanism, which can provide precise and efficient lifting and lowering, while LH double girder overhead crane adopts hoist trolley mechanism, which has lower control precision.

3. Operating environment - QD bridge cranes are able to withstand harsh industrial environments that expose equipment to factors such as dust, high temperature and humidity.

LH double bridge cranes are suitable for most industrial environments, but not suitable for some extremely harsh environmental conditions.

QD double girder bridge cranes are generally more expensive than LH double girder bridge cranes due to their advanced design and lifting capacity;
