European Electric Hoist Introduction

European wire rope electric hoist is a new type of electric hoist with light weight, modularity, maintenance-free and high-tech content based on the introduction and digestion of foreign advanced technology. It adopts imported configuration, new materials and new technology.

Adopt Germany's imported lifting motor and reducer. The integrated compact design of the hoisting motor, reducer, reel and hoist limit switch saves user space. The modular design enhances the reliability of the organization while reducing maintenance time and costs.

With faster and more hoisting speeds and a variety of pulley ratios to choose from. The standard trolley running mechanism is controlled by frequency converter, and the speed reaches 20 m/min, which makes the lifting objects with small swing and accurate positioning when the trolley is walking, and can safely and reliably lift precision valuables.

Lifting Mechanism

Lifting machanism is designed to strictly enforce the relevant standards of FEM.

Reel

The reel is made of high-quality seamless steel pipe by CNC machine tool. The rope groove on the reel can be combined with the rope guide to prevent loose rope and chaotic rope.

Wire Rope

The steel wire rope adopts high-strength imported steel wire rope with tensile strength of 2160 N/m², which has good safety and long service life.

Rope Guide

The standard rope guide is made of engineering plastics with high wear resistance and self-lubricating properties, which greatly reduces the wear of the main force-safe parts of the wire rope, thus enhancing the safety of the lifting mechanism. At the same time, heavy-duty guide ropes made of ductile iron are also available for different conditions of use.

Lifting Motor 

The lifting adopts a double-winding squirrel cage pole-changing motor to achieve a fast and slow ratio of 1:6. The motor casing is made of aluminum alloy and has good heat dissipation performance. A fan is installed at the end of the lifting motor to enhance the cooling effect. A thermistor (or thermal switch) is embedded in the windings of all hoisting motors to prevent possible overheating of the motor.

The motor insulation class is F grade and the degree of protection is IP54. For the variable frequency hoisting motor, an encoder can be added. The encoder is usually mounted directly on the fan shaft end of the motor.

Brake

The hoist motor is equipped with a two-disc electric disk brake. The brake is integrated at the end of the motor and the brake automatically closes when the motor is de-energized to prevent the load from slipping. The brake clearance of the brake does not need to be manually adjusted after the first setting (the clearance can be adjusted by the brake spring). When the thickness of the brake pad is lower than the set value, the additional monitoring switch can automatically alarm and prompt the user to replace it. The two-disc electric disk brake is safe and reliable. The braking torque is not less than 1.8 times the rated torque of the motor, and the number of braking can reach 1 million. No maintenance is required during the safe use period.

Reducer

The reducer housing is made of aluminum alloy and is light and corrosion resistant. The semi-grease lubricant in the fully sealed housing allows all gears to be fully lubricated and requires no oil change during the design safe life cycle.

Each gear that has been hardened and machined with high precision ensures smooth operation of the gear unit.

Security Protection

★The upper and lower limits of the wire rope electric hoist adopt precise gear-driven limiter. When the hook is at the upper (or lower) limit position, the power circuit can be reliably cut off to stop the motor.

★Overload protector: The wire rope electric hoist adopts electronic overload protector (with safety monitor) to ensure that the lifting hoisting weight will not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the bridge; when the wire rope pulling force is greater than 105% of the rated value, the overload protection device will Automatically cut off the lifting circuit.

★ Security Monitor (optional): A variety of functions can be implemented according to user requirements:

■   Calculate the remaining safe working cycle of the hoisting mechanism

Traveling Mechanism                                       

■   The operating mechanism adopts the three-in-one structure of “motor + reduction box + walking wheel”, and the double-beam small frame is driven on both sides.

■   Running the frequency conversion speed regulation reduces the shaking of the hoisting weight during the running process, enhances the safety of the operation, reduces the time required for the operation cycle, and improves the production efficiency.

■   All bearings are self-lubricating oil-containing forms that are designed to absorb horizontal forces.

■   All gears of the reducer are hardened by surface carburizing and quenching. In order to reduce noise, all gears must be ground or shaved, and the gearbox does not need to change oil during the service life.

■   The reliability of the brake is more than 1 million times.

■   The protection level of the whole running gear is IP54, and the insulation level of the drive motor is F grade.

■   The entire facility is designed in accordance with maintenance-free requirements.
